Had a good Easter break. Rooms were comfortable and views were stunning. Location was remote but away from the noise of the city. the staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet was reasonably priced.
Vegetarian-only menu was jarring and not prominently mentioned on the hotel website. the menu was boring and didn't have enough variety.

We had an unforgettable family stay in the midst of stunning mountain views. From our spotless, comfortable room with large windows, we could wake up to the serene beauty of snowy mountaintops every morning. the staff were courteous and made our visit memorable by constantly addressing our needs. the delicious vegetarian breakfast buffet was ample and had great variety. the hot water always flowed, and the wi-fi, even though a bit slow, worked well in the common space. We appreciated the eco-friendly amenities too.
Sadly, the road down to the hotel was in a terrible condition, which made our arrival a bit difficult.

The hotel is located in a secluded area, which offers breathtaking views of the mountains. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The service provided by the staff is outstanding. They are helpful and friendly. The buffet offered by the hotel is reasonably priced and value for money.
The road leading to the hotel is in horrible condition, which can be inconvenient for travelers. The food options are limited, and there are no tandoori items available.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel nestled in the mountains. The rooms were beautifully decorated, giving it a boutique-like feel. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with any requests. The hotel was spotlessly clean and maintained excellent hygiene standards. One of the highlights was the delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant. The meals were not only tasty but also served quickly, which is quite impressive considering the location and the extreme weather conditions. The panoramic views of the hilltops and snowy mountaintops from the bed were absolutely breathtaking. Additionally, the hotel provided ample hot water and the toilets were clean without any signs of mold. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
While my overall experience was great, there could be a little more variety on the menu, particularly in terms of Tandoori items.
